My name is Alex Harrison, and I’ve been a producer in the insurance industry since 2021. Over the past few years, I’ve focused exclusively on helping businesses structure insurance programs that make sense—not just to get a policy in place, but to protect the way they actually operate.

The industry today is at a bit of an impasse. There’s a growing gap in experience as long-time professionals retire, agencies are being bought out by private equity, and turnover is higher than ever. As a result, businesses are often left dealing with agents who don’t understand their operations, don’t stick around, or don’t take the time to explain what they’re selling.

What I provide is competence, consistency, and true partnership. I work with integrity, communicate clearly, and stay involved throughout the process—from the first conversation through renewal and every audit or claim in between.
